GO GET SUCCESS! Is A Program Designed To Facilitate The Work Of Mentors And Trainers Working With Apprentices
When apprentices and trainees are motivated they produce their best results. When they feel inspired to live up to their full potential, they excel. The best way to motivate and encourage great performance is for Mentors and Trainers to understand the apprentices’ behaviour and personality … what drives them; how they communicate; manage stress and what inspires them to succeed.
Non-completion and ‘training failure’ are critical concerns for employers. While the ultimate objective of mentoring is to improve completion rates – what appears to be career oriented mentoring – for a sizeable number of apprentices and trainees’ successful completion is also reliant upon behavioural and social mentoring.

Certificate of Completion
When apprentices have finished the lessons they are assessed in a short online questionnaire, and immediately receive their Certificate of Completion by email, which they can show to their Parents, Employers and Mentors.
